PROPRIETARY LICENSE MODEL
This page outlines the baseline access model. Individual terms are recorded in the agreement and order form.
Qyron Core, pre-existing libraries, architecture, algorithms, methods, prompts, policies, API interface rules, documentation, and know-how remain background intellectual property. They are not transferred to the client, directly or indirectly.
The client receives a limited, time-bound, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use approved APIs and the client portal within the selected plan, capabilities, and limits.
Source code, security models, internal orchestration rules, secrets, and infrastructure configuration are not provided. Circumvention, decompilation, and reconstruction of the core are prohibited except where restriction is not permitted by law.
Client data and ideas are isolated from other clients and are not used to create a competing product. Broader use requires separate written consent.
Qyron Core does not make autonomous payments, publications, legal filings, or other external commitments without approval from an authorized person.
Access is activated and renewed against an invoice. Overdue payment may lead to API suspension after notice; ownership of the core never depends on the amount paid for services.
